- Cơ sở vật chất: + phòng không sạch và đẹp như hình + quạt treo tường thì dơ khủng khiếp, bụi bám cục cục hòn hòn trên cái lưới quạt đen thui, dây kéo bật quạt và đổi độ mạnh của gió bị hư, mỗi lần muốn xài quạt phải bắc ghế lên vặn trực tiếp ở núm quay + tường có mạng nhện ở các góc trần + máy lạnh yếu xìu, phải nằm chung với quạt mới mát, không điều chỉnh nhiệt độ được, chỉ bật tắt + TV chỉ có khoảng 10 kênh của VN, các kênh khác không tiếng không hình + Giác gác vòi sen bị hư phải 1 tay tắm 1 tay cầm vòi sen rất bất tiện, nói mới sửa + Không có điện thoại nội bộ như quảng cáo, mỗi lần cần gì phải chạy lên chạy xuống hoặc gọi đtdđ. + Phòng không có 1 tý thoáng khí, trong nhà tắm cũng bí rịt bí rì, dơ, có gián bò lên cả giường + Ít mặt bằng để đồ như bàn, kệ, chỉ có 1 cái bàn bé xíu xiu Không quay lại, chất lượng quá kém so với giá tiền.
